POSSIBLE DELAYS

 

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our FREE USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail or International shipping options, please keep in mind that we are only proving an estimated delivery date from USPS and DHL. On rare occasions packages can arrive outside of the estimated delivery time frame.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will be able to track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging into your account on Toxicenvyboutique.com

 You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

All orders sent via Priority Mail include up to $50 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply). If you believe that your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly and file a lost or stolen package claim by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or at USPS.com. 

International Shipments: please contact DHL® and file a lost or stolen package claim by calling  (1-800-225-5345)   

 

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

 

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

  • YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE UNDELIVERABLE FEE.
  • PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE ANY DELIVERY. REFUSED DELIVERIES WILL INCUR THE COST OF THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY PLUS THE RETURN COST. ANY REFUND MADE WILL BE MINUS THE TOTAL DELIVERY AND RETURN COSTS IN THE CASE OF REFUSED DELIVERIES.

 

 

TAX & DUTIES     

 

All applicable customs, import duties and fees, taxes, and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note: Toxic Envy Boutique LLC has no control over your package once it leaves the USA.   • WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY
  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • Store Credit is valid only at www.ToxicEnvyBoutique.com 

 

Returns must meet these requirements: 

  • All returns must have a RMA number which will clearly indicate which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience longer processing times.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days after Delivery date. 
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or have makeup stains. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements
  • All Exchanges that show any signs of wear will be refused. 
  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Toxic Envy Boutique warehouse
  • We diligently inspect all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
  • All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping  We cannot take fault on damaged items after they are worn.
  • Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
  • Returns are processed within 5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
