We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our FREE UPS 1-4 day Ground Shipping  shipping options, please keep in mind that we are only proving an estimated delivery date from UPS. On rare occasions packages can arrive outside of the estimated delivery time frame.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.


You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouses. In these instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred.


All orders sent via Priority Mail include up to $50 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply). If you believe that your package is lost or stolen, please contact UPS directly and file a lost or stolen package claim by calling 1 (800) 742-5877 


Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

  • PLEASE : Do not refuse any delivery. Refuse deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs.


Return Policy

We want your shopping experience at Toxic Envy Boutique to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please see our simple returns policy below.   • We accept Returns for Store Credit Only. 
  • No Refund, No Exceptions. 
  • Merchandise must be returned within 21 days after Delivery Date. 
  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • Store Credit is valid only at 
    • Returns take us 5 business days to process upon reaching our facility.
    • Once your return is processed and approved you will receive a confirmation email. 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

  • We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

    An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service  to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.





Returns must meet these requirements: 

  • All returns must have a RMA number which will clearly indicate which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience longer processing times.
  • IMPORTANT:  All merchandise Must have our security tags sealed and attached to the merchandise. Returns missing this tag will be Rejected and return to sender. 
  • A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for Return.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or have makeup stains. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements
  • All Exchanges that show any signs of wear will be refused. 
  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Toxic Envy Boutique warehouse
  • We diligently inspect all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
    • All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping  We cannot take fault on damaged items after they are worn.
    • Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable (FINAL SALE) items:

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, and accessories are non-returnable.

Shipping back your return:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
