POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our FREE UPS 1-3 day Priority Mail or International shipping options, please keep in mind that we are only proving an estimated delivery date from UPS and DHL. On rare occasions packages can arrive outside of the estimated delivery time frame.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will be able to track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging into your account on Toxicenvyboutique.com
You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouses. In these instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
All orders sent via Priority Mail include up to $50 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply). If you believe that your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly and file a lost or stolen package claim by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or at USPS.com.
International Shipments: please contact DHL® and file a lost or stolen package claim by calling (1-800-225-5345)
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
TAX & DUTIES
All applicable customs, import duties and fees, taxes, and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note: Toxic Envy Boutique LLC has no control over your package once it leaves the USA. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.
