We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please see our simple returns policy below.   • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • Store Credit is valid only at 


Returns must meet these requirements: 

  • All returns must have an RMA number that will clearly indicate which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience longer processing times.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 21 days after the Delivery date. 
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or have makeup stains. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements
  • All Exchanges that show any signs of wear will be refused. 
  • The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Toxic Envy Boutique warehouse.
  • We diligently inspect all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
  • All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping  We cannot take the fault on damaged items after they are worn.
  • Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
  • Returns are processed within 5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Non-Returnable (FINAL SALE) items:

  •  Gift cards 
  • Final Sale Items All items under our 'SALE' tab
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

Shipping back your return

To return your product, please start a return thru our returns portal. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
