- We accept Returns for Store Credit Only.
- No Refund, No Exceptions.
- Merchandise must be returned within 21 days after Delivery Date.
- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
- Store Credit is valid only at www.ToxicEnvyBoutique.com
- Returns take us 3 business days to process upon reaching our facility.
- Once your return is processed and approved you will receive a confirmation email.
Returns must meet these requirements:
- All returns must have a RMA number which will clearly indicate which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience longer processing times.
- All merchandise Must have our security tags are sealed and attached.
- A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days after Delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or have makeup stains. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements
- All Exchanges that show any signs of wear will be refused.

- We diligently inspect all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
- All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping We cannot take fault on damaged items after they are worn.
- Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
