*We accept Returns for Store Credit Only. No Refunds, No Exceptions. Merchandise must be returned and sent back within 21 days after Delivery Date. All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.

*Returns take 5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and approved you will receive a confirmation email. 

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service  to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

All returns must have a RMA number which will clearly indicate which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience longer processing times.IMPORTANT: All merchandise Must have our security tags sealed and attached to the merchandise. Returns missing this tag will be Rejected and return to sender. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for Return.

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or have makeup stains. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.We reserve the right to refuse any exchange/return that does not meet our requirementsAll Exchanges that show any signs of wear will be refused. 
Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Toxic Envy Boutique warehouse. We diligently inspect all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, smoke,or stains of makeup. And in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping  We cannot take fault on damaged items after they are worn. Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive your Gift card , the cost of shipping will be deducted from your Gift card amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
