Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.ToxicEnvyBoutique.com.The Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 - All orders are shipped from Chicago IL   

PROCESSING TIME: *Orders will ship Same day if the order is placed before 5:00 PM Central time. Next day if the order is placed after 5:00 pm Central time. 

EXPRESS DELIVERY: Orders will ship Same day if the order is placed before 5:00 PM Central time. Next day if the order is placed after 5:00 pm Central time. 

*UPS DOES NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAYS 

 *FREE SHIPPING only applies to 50 contingent states, on orders over $75.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our FREE UPS 1-4 day Ground Shipping  shipping options, please keep in mind that we are only proving an estimated delivery date from UPS. On rare occasions packages can arrive outside of the estimated delivery time frame.

*Orders might be shipped in different shipments.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will be able to track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging into your account on Toxicenvyboutique.com

You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouses. In these instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

All orders sent via Priority Mail include up to $50 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply). If you believe that your package is lost or stolen, please contact UPS directly and file a lost or stolen package claim by calling 1 (800) 742-5877 UPS.com 

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

  • PLEASE : Do not refuse any delivery. Refuse deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs.
